Give yourself a day. Not just to relax, but also to get challenged, try new movement, and dig deep into the connection you have with yourself, your body, and this earth.
This is a one day retreat is curated specifically for those of you who may be working too much (and haven’t had a chance to really be “with yourself”, away from the noise), maybe dealing with some difficult life things, and/or just want to dive into better health practices, and create stronger relationships in the community.
The movement in this retreat will include a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout, yin yoga, introduction to martial arts, and exploratory primal movement. Movement will be led and taught by Martial Artist, Jason Palmeiri, and Yoga & Fitness instructors Savannah Egg and Sucha Kumar. You will also have access to a gym facility and sauna throughout the day for your use.
Acupuncturist and Herbal Medicine Practitioner & Healer, Tiffany Cooley, will also be there with cupping, acupuncture and massage sessions available throughout the day.
You will be nourished with Organifi juice throughout the day to detox, energize and aid in inflammation for you. Jai Fusion will also be providing a nourishing lunch that will be vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
Nutritionist, Nia Carillo of Eclectic Wellness will be sharing how your relationship with food can transform your life, and answer specific questions on how to make eating more whole food plant based can be more accessible and fun.
Throughout the day, you’ll be taken on a journey diving deeper into yourself with the help of movement, food, and various lectures + team building, creating an atmosphere of purely good energy. You’ll have the option to follow along our itinerary for you, but also have time to do your own thing, get bodywork done, dive into your nutrition and do what serves you.
We will be putting away technology (no phones), as well as shoes (barefoot) for the day, allowing you to really get more grounded, free from outside stimulation and distractions.

Heal // 1 Day Retreat: $209
Retreat package which includes the Love package AND a 30-minute bodywork session with Tiffany Cooley, who offers acupuncture, cupping, and massage. You can choose to receive all 3 modalities or just 1 or 2 of them. The treatments will start with a short mental and physical assessment. Tiffany will then have you lie on a treatment table to apply the cupping and acupuncture, while massaging any aches & pains you may have.
The bodywork session would take place the day of the retreat in a private and peaceful room.
Nourish // 1 Day Retreat: $259
Retreat package which includes the Love package AND a 45-min nutrition consultation + meal planning session with Holistic Nutritionist, Nia Carillo. You will discuss your current habits and the triggers that might be affecting your nutritional and/or fitness goals. Together, you’ll create an easy meal plan that will help you eliminate digestion issues like bloating, live balanced without any rigid dieting, and taste GOOD without breaking the bank. This nutrition session would take place the day of the retreat or can be scheduled as a follow-up.
Note: You will receive your actual meal plan within 24 hours of the event. The session time will be utilized to plan and help Nia get a deeper understanding of your overall health status for a more individualized plan.
Transform // 1 Day Retreat: $395
This all-inclusive retreat package includes everything offered in the other 3 packages, Love, Heal, & Nourish. It ALSO includes a follow-up personal training session with your choice of one of our movement instructors from the event. Your personal training session will include an assessment and consultation of your goals and focus, as well as movement combinations of your choice which can include weight/functional training, yoga, boxing/kickboxing, HIIT & mobility exercises + stretches.
This Transform package includes everything you need for a full body + mind reset, and will give you all the tools you need mentally, nutrition and movement-wise to kickstart new habits, a healthy routine, and prolong the benefits what this retreat will provide for you.
