About our Speakers:
MyMy Lu is the manager of Diversity & Inclusion at Sempra Energy. In this capacity, MyMy is responsible for driving a diverse and inclusive workplace throughout the Sempra family of companies with initiatives and practices that support diverse talent, foster positive employee experience, and advance the impact of inclusion among company leaders and teams. She currently serves on the boards of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of San Diego (CCBA), the Pacific Arts Movement, Computers 2 Kids and Partners in College Success. MyMy received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA with a double major in psychology and Chinese studies.
Dawn Andrews is the director of Diversity & Inclusion for the Sempra Energy family of companies, including San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Gas Company, Sempra’s South American Utilities, Sempra Mexico, Sempra LNG & Midstream, and Sempra Renewables. In this role, Dawn leads the companies’ diversity and inclusion team, handles affirmative action and EEO-1 reporting, and administers the Ethics & Compliance Helpline. She earned her JD at the UCLA School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and history at UC Davis.
