Small Group Training Class!

Meet friends, get sweaty and push your body to the limits! Whether you are just starting out, a workout pro or looking to mix up your routine, small group training is great for you. We only take a max of five per class. Each of our Small Personal Training Group classes utilizes the best and most effective functional equipment to combine strength-training and cardio for calorie-burning, full-body workouts—all in 60 minutes!
